इन दिनों ठंड शुरू हो गई है| ठंड का सबसे ज्यादा असर बच्चों पर पड़ता है, क्योंकि इस मौसम में वायरस और बैक्टीरिया बहुत तेजी से बच्चों पर हमला करते हैं| जिस वजह से उन्हें सर्दी-जुकाम, नाक बंद, सासं लेने में तकलीफ, गले में इंफेक्शन, वायरल डायरिया, निमोनिया, बुखार  जैसी समस्याएं हो जाती हैं| ऐसे में बच्चो की सेहत से जुड़ी छोटी से छोटी बात का विशेष ध्यान रखें| 

ऐसे में आज हम भी आपको सर्दियों में बच्चो की देखभाल करने के कुछ टिप्स बताने जा रहे हैं ताकि आपका बच्चा हर मौसम में हँसता मुस्कराता रहें…


1.ठीक से कपड़े पहनाएं-

ठंड से बच्चों को बचाने के लिए बहुत ज्यादा कपड़े लादने की बजाय, उनका तलवा, उनकी हथेली और उनके कान व सिर ढक कर रखें क्योंकि शरीर के इन हिस्सों में सबसे ज्यादा हीट लॉस होता है और यहीं से ठंड लगने का डर सबसे ज्यादा होता है| इसलिए बच्चों के टोपी, दस्ताने और मोजे जरूर पहनाकर रखें| सर्दी में बच्चे को डायपर पहना कर रखें और थोड़ी-थोड़ी देर बाद उसे बदलते रहें| इससे बच्चे को सर्दी नहीं चढ़ेगी|

2.साफ-सफाई रखें

एक महीने तक के बच्चो  को दो-तीन दिन छोड़कर नहलाना चाहिए। आप चाहें तो रोजाना गुनगुने पानी में टॉवल भिगोकर स्पॉन्जिंग कर सकते हैं। इससे बड़े बच्चों को रोजाना नहलाना चाहिए। अगर सर्दी-जुकाम है तो एक दिन छोड़कर भी नहला सकते हैं। रोजाना नहलाने से बच्चे कीटाणुओं से दूर रहते हैं। बच्चों को बंद जगह पर नहलाना चाहिए। अगर धूप में नहलाना चाहते हैं तो धूप शीशे से छनकर आनी चाहिए। नहलाने के बाद सर्दियों में शिशु को गरमाहट प्रदान करने के लिए गरम, नरम और आरामदेह कपड़े पहनाएं।

3.मालिश जरूरी

सर्दी के मौसम में शिशु की त्वचा रूखी न हो जाए। इसीलिए नहलाने से पहले हल्के गर्म तेल से उनकी मालिश जरूर करें| बच्चे की मालिश बादाम, जैतून , सरसो या बच्चों के तेल से कर सकते है|

4.धूप में बिठाएं

बच्चे को सुबह 11 बजे से शाम 4 बजे के बीच कभी भी 20-25 मिनट के लिए धूप में जरूर खेलने दें। बेहतर है कि शीशे से धूप अगर कमरे में आती हो तो बच्चे को वहां रखें क्योंकि खुले में रखने से हवा लग सकती है।

 5.मौसमी फल और सब्जी खिलाएं

अगर बच्चा एक साल से ज्यादा उम्र का है तो उसे मौसम के हिसाब से गर्म फल और सब्जियां खिलाएं| ताजा जूस भी दे सकती हैं|
